Clear rules for bench parts and kits.
Contact support within 14 days of delivery if a part arrives damaged, materially different from the listing, or missing from the package. Include your order email and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Consumables, custom-cut items, and opened kits that show installation or soldering use are generally non-returnable unless they arrived defective. If a refund is approved, the original shipping charge may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our order handling.
Payment disputes should be opened only after contacting support first so we can attempt a direct resolution.
